Refund Policy:
In the event of regret or dissatisfaction, you can request a refund of the amount paid within 7 days of the purchase.

The amount will be refunded by the facilitator within 30 days of the purchase.
For payments done by credit card, the refund will be made in accordance with your card's policies (usually within 3 cycles).

You will be removed from the group of the creation and your right to have recordings will be revoked.
​
Delivery Policy:
The classes, workshops and sessions are held live in person or online and you receive the recordings in the Telegram group of the creation or via link (to be decided by the facilitator and notified before the creation begins).

Exchange Policy:
You can request to exchange the amount paid for other creations, sessions or workshops of the same value.
*This exchange can only be made before participating live or receiving the recordings.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 10 days from the date of the creation, full refund of the amount paid.
Up to 5 days from the date of the creation, 50% refund of the amount paid.
Less than 5 days, no refund.
*Refunds will be made of the amount received by the facilitator, after administration fees of the payment app.
**If the creation is canceled by the facilitator for any reason, the full amount will be refunded.
